Purchasing shipping insurance is HIGHLY recommended. All sales are final once the item ships.

When are orders shipped?
I will ship on Mondays and Wednesdays. Your item will ship on the closest Monday or Wednesday to the day your payment is received.

Will you make large orders of custom Wedding, special occasion or invitation cards?
I can make exceptions for some large special orders on a case by case basis, but I am focused more on unique one of a kind cards, or sets that are of a same theme, but each being it's own individual creation. Questions? Please contact me!

Can I pick out all the exact materials and colors to be used in my custom order?
If you send a swatch of the color you're working with, I can attempt to match it. However, I cannot guarantee that the colors will match exactly. Any specialty papers and embellishments you desire can be added at an additional cost. Please contact me to discuss your special orders!

If I'm not happy with my card(s) or scrapbook page(s), can I return them?
I will email or post sample photos of your custom orders ahead of time for you to preview. At that time, you will have an opportunity to discuss changes. Once the item ships, the sale is final.

Payment for any order must be received (ie cleared) before the item or order ships.
